In a small office, we've used the Droid X, HTC Rhyme and Thunderbolt (which has a terrible battery) but surprisingly enough, the Incredible has been the most reliable performer !
The phone has been fast, the screen has been sharp since we've had it, the battery has been great too! I'm kinda surprised that the manufacturers didn't stick with these internal components.

I had the HTC Incredible for one year, which was several months too long. Call quality was fair and UI was fair. The main weakness with Android is that when Google releases a new OS version, it has to go to the vendor so they can tweak and then release it themselves. This can take FOREVER. The update to Froyo came fairly quickly, but soon there was talk of Gingerbread, Honeycomb, and even Ice Cream. Well, HTC FINALLY released Gingerbread, and that was it. Along the way, I encountered several software bugs, primarily with exchange mail. I wrote HTC several times and they always came back with these outlandish "troubleshooting" processes. The other thing was that HTC advertised that you could "make it yours"...FAR from it, guys !! Just ONE example that aggravated the crap out me was not being able to turn off haptic feedback with the dialer. HTC said that was designed like that in case it was in your pocket and you could tell if it was dialing accidentally. SERIOUSLY, even if I did keep it in my pocket, it would be LOCKED !! Got the iphone 4s, SOOO much happier !!

Product was exactly what was promised - except that the protector style was "mirror". I didn't know that the protector was going to be the particular mirror style before I purchased it, but no matter because I actually prefer it to the standard clear style.
Sits nicely on my Imagio, no streaks or bubbles. The notch on the bottom makes it a perfect fit.

this screen protector was everything it said it was going to be and has lasted me months.there were a couple bubbles when I first put it on my screen but they went away within a day or two.its thick and stiff so I my screen is protected well

Adhesive worked fin to fix my droid incredible screen but it took some time. also note, this is A LOT of adhesive. you can break your screen like a 100 times before you'll run out of this roll.
Only thing is that it ticked me off that this seller says it ships right away but no mention that it will take 2 weeks to arrive.

The tape (with shipping) is worth as much as HTC EVO Digitizer itself... that is ridiculous. However there is no other option. You need this tape to glue your digitizer screen back to make sure dust doesn't get between the digitizer and the LCD screen. The seller has mentioned upfront that shipping can take upto 3 weeks in shipping so can't complain there. But mine arrived in 10 days.

I bought this unlocked phone for use here in Costa Rica. The phone was cool and worked well except one thing. I purchased a 16gb miscorSD w/ this phone hoping I could put more music and my audiobooks on it. After adding 1,000 songs on the phone, it always froze the phone everytime I try to play my music. It just pissede off, so I ended up having around 300 songs left only on my phone. Why do they advise customers to buy a 16gb miscorSD along with this device if the phone processor could not hold it?
On the other hand, picture quality is so cool...same as iphone camera quality. My jaybird sportsband bluetooth headphone also works with it and my audiobooks can also be stored here. For the price I paid of about $190 together w/ the microSD, its not a great buy but at least no either bad at all.

POS, I used the headphone jack 5 times now my phone thinks that there is always a headset plugged in which means i can't hear or say anything when making a call. I tried everything on the forums to remedy the problem so now after only a week in a half i have a $150 paper weight. If you think I am full of it go online and search for stays in headset mode and read all the forums. Only difference is theirs happened while there was still a warranty on this phone.

I was offered a BlackBerry before and I got rid of it, cause so costly to maintain and very complicated to use indeed. With this HTC it's like having a little laptop in hand. I am very content with it. If you use it for simple purposes and you are not too demanding then you will enjoy this phone. Now everything is made so simple and right at your fingertips. Everything my BB use to do, it does it in a very simple manner and frustration free. I can now use my phone professionally and without having BBM popping each seconds I am reading a work email or having issues installing a very needed application... I can now focus on my work instead of the screen of my long gone BB. I sure am HTC convert now, I cannot imagine myself using any other brand. Goodbye BB and say Hello to HTC.
